Returns and exchanges

You can return items purchased online that you are not satisfied with in two ways:

1) Exchange or Return in Store

You can visit one of our stores (of your choice) within 14 days from receiving your package and request to exchange the item for any other product available in the store of equal or higher value. Please bring a printed copy of your order or show it on your smartphone (it must display the order number, total amount, and date). The item must be in good condition, unused, and include its original label and tag.

Mandatory Note Completion:
Please provide, in the NOTES field under the selected refund method “Exchange in Store”, the store you have chosen for returning the goods. Missing or incorrect completion of the notes field may cause delays in the refund process.

If you wish to return an item in one of our stores and obtain a refund, bring the item along with a copy of the order (in good condition, unused, with label and tag). Our staff will collect it, and within 48 hours you will receive an email confirmation of your refund via credit card or PayPal.

2) Return to Warehouse

You can return the item directly to our warehouse by courier within 14 days of receipt and obtain a refund via credit card or PayPal. In this case, shipping will be free (if the pickup address is in Italy).

Mandatory Note Completion:
Please provide, in the NOTES field under the selected refund method “Refund”, the updated pickup address and the day the goods will be available (working day, full-day availability required). Also include the name of the contact person and a phone number for the courier. Missing or incorrect completion of the notes field may cause delays in the refund process.

You don’t need to worry about anything — we will arrange the shipment and send you an email with a form containing all the necessary details, to print and attach to the package.

If the order was placed outside Italy, shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Please send returns to:

The goods must be shipped in a sealed box (you may reuse the original one if it is in good condition) or in a well-sealed padded envelope suitable for shipping. The goods must be in good condition, unused, and include original labels and tags, with a copy of the order or a reference to the order number inside the package. Once the package is received and the returned products are verified, the refund will be processed directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for payment.

Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.


How can I start a return?

  • Enter your email and order number, then click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the products you want to return
  • You will receive a confirmation of your return request by email

For which items can I start a return?

You can start a return within 14 days of delivery for all items, provided that:

  • The goods are in good condition and have not been used or washed
  • The goods have the original tag and label
  • Only one return request can be made per order
  • Exchanges can only be made in stores

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Returns within Italy are always free
  • For returns made outside Italy, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

When will I receive my refund?

  • As soon as we receive and verify the returned goods, you will receive a notification approving the return
  • Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
