Shopping Online > Prices and Currency

The prices published on the site, payments, and order invoices are in Euros.

The amount charged to your credit card or Paypal account may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations and bank fees.

Atelierheart invites customers to contact their bank for detailed information on exchange rates and banking commissions related to their transaction.

Shopping Online > Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted by Atelierheart:

  • Paypal Payment
    By choosing Paypal as the payment method, the customer can pay directly via their Paypal account. Atelierheart reserves the right to ship the merchandise only to the address verified by Paypal.

Alternatively, customers enter their credit card details into a secure banking system provided by Paypal. Purchases can be made with MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, and Aura Card. For more information, visit www.paypal.com.

Credit Card Security

All transactions are processed via a secure server, ensuring the maximum protection of customer data. Atelierheart’s customer service representatives are not authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or their validity details. To ensure additional security for e-commerce purchases, Atelierheart recommends that customers join the Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requiring a security PIN to complete their purchases safely. Credit Card Charges

If the existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed immediately. The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase, even in the case of a pre-order, although the shipment of such items may occur later in the season.

Payment with Scalapay
Scalapay is a financing option that allows you to pay for your order in 3 interest-free installments. After confirming your order details, you will be asked to log in to your Scalapay account to complete the payment. If you do not have an account, you can create one on the Scalapay login page before completing your order. Please note that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related entities, and their assignees, and you authorize this assignment.

NOTES:

  • The bank transfer must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation for the order to be accepted.

  • Once the transfer is made, a copy of the payment receipt must be sent via email to shop@atelierheart.com.

  • After verifying the bank credit, the order will be shipped.

New Customers

Atelierheart would like to remind new customers that it may request verification of the transaction from the bank or Paypal, including contacting the counterpart bank. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order. Atelierheart reserves the right to request that new customers ship goods to the billing address.

Shipping > Shipping Methods

As required by commerce laws, all shipments from Atelierheart are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of individual items in Euros. For discounted items, the invoice will reflect the discounted prices.

The country of purchase and delivery must match.

Orders with home delivery are processed within 48 business hours.
Shipments are made with GLS/BRT/SDA couriers, with an estimated delivery time of 24/48 business hours in Italy from dispatch, and within 4/9 business days for European countries.
Shipping is available only within Italy and Europe.
Shipping costs in Italy are €7.00, free for orders over €70.00. For other countries, shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and vary based on the destination country.
If the customer selects the "pick up in store" option, delivery times range from 5 to 7 business days.

Online Returns

If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The products must be undamaged and show no signs of use. All items must be returned with the original labels, packaging, and accessories received with the order.
All products must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged, altered, or used as the only external packaging.

If the customer receives defective merchandise or errors in shipping by Atelierheart, the same return instructions apply. Atelierheart reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns of merchandise.

Atelierheart reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those that do not meet all the conditions. In these cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. If such returns are accepted, a fee equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods will be charged.

A return request can be made only once per order.

Instructions for Return
To request a return authorization, the customer must send a request via the form on the RETURNS CENTER page. Once the return request is received, Atelierheart will send confirmation, and further communication will be via email.

Returns are FREE for orders made within Italy and at the customer’s expense for orders made in other countries. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the shipping label.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, verified, and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers within about 20 days. The timeframe may vary slightly based on the credit card's banking circuit. For orders paid by Paypal, the amount will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

The return shipping or exchange at the store must occur within 14 days from receipt of the order.
